These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CTech Vega (the “Service”), operated by Creative Tech Solutions (“Creative Tech”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
CTech Vega is an AI-powered SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) visibility manager. It crawls websites you authorize, generates SEO and AI-citability recommendations, and — when configured — applies approved changes to WordPress sites via credentials you provide.
2. Account & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
3. Authorized Use of Client Sites
You represent and warrant that you own, or have explicit written authorization from the site owner to access and modify, every website you connect to the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consents, permissions, or disclosures required before granting the Service access to a site.
4. Subscription & Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at the price listed on our pricing page, in advance, via our payment processor (Paddle).
- Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
- You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply at your next renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to crawl, scrape, or modify sites you do not own or control.
- Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without a written agreement.
- Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive content, or material that violates search-engine guidelines in a way that harms end users.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure or third-party services we rely on.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude) to generate SEO and GEO suggestions. All AI output is advisory. You are responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations before they are applied to any live site. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content, site data, and any output the Service produces from that data. We retain ownership of the Service itself, its software, and our brand. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third parties including WordPress, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Anthropic, and Google Cloud (Gemini). Your use of those integrations is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEO AND AI-VISIBILITY RESULTS DEPEND ON FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Tech’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creative Tech Solutions is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
