This Refund Policy explains how to request a refund for any purchase of CTech Vega.

14-day money-back guarantee If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 14 days of your payment and we will issue a full refund.

1. How to Request a Refund

Email support@creativetech-solutions.com from the address associated with your CTech Vega account, with the subject line “Refund Request”.

We process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the dashboard or by emailing support. After cancellation you will retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again at renewal.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Charges

If you were charged twice for the same billing period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, contact us and we will refund the extra charge in full.

4. Taxes

Where applicable, refunds include any taxes originally charged. Paddle handles tax refunds as part of the same transaction.
