How much work is this on my end?
About 10 minutes for onboarding. Send us your website URL, your WordPress admin, and your Google Search Console OAuth. Then nothing — your account manager handles the rest. You'll get a weekly email summary and access to the live dashboard whenever you want it.
What if you apply something I don't like?
Every change has a one-click rollback. Your account manager learns your brand voice. And nothing is ever applied without human review first. In practice, rollback is used fewer than once per 100 changes.
Can you cancel my existing agency retainer?
We can't cancel it for you, but we can run alongside for 30 days so you can compare outputs. Most clients cancel the agency retainer around week 4.
What if my site isn't on WordPress?
Vega runs in scan-only mode for any site — you get the full audit + recommendations as an action plan you (or your developer) can execute. Auto-apply only works on WordPress today. Next.js + Shopify support is on the roadmap for Q3.
Do I have to share my website admin password?
No. We use WordPress Application Passwords (introduced in WP 5.6) — a scoped, revocable token that gives us REST API access without ever touching your actual login. Stored AES-256-GCM encrypted, never logged.
What happens if you go out of business?
You get every suggestion and change log as a CSV export. Your account continues to function on a read-only basis for 6 months. Your WordPress site is entirely yours — we never host your content.
